1. Close all the open apps. Too many apps open leads to lag time and things not working properly.
2. Make sure your iPad is charged or plugged in.
3. If it is a video, sometimes it needs additional time to load. Be patient.
4. Restart the iPad. This often helps.
5. If the website uses a Google log in, you may need to sign out of Google and then log back in.
6. Try using Chrome vs Safari or Firefox.
7. Close all tabs on the internet except the one you are using. Too MANY tabs open might slow it down.
8. Avoid storing videos and pictures that are not school related. Remember these are school devices.
9. Clear the history and the cache - this is often the fix to most iPad issues. How?
Safari - Go to settings/Safari/clear history and website data
Chrome - In the upper left hand corner of the browser page, there are three dots. Click on the three
dots then click on history and clear browsing data.
