Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! I am Kelly Stonecliffe and I'm excited to begin a new school year. I have been teaching early childhood for twenty two years, eighteen here in Antioch. I received my bachelor's degree from Illinois State University in Early Childhood Education with endorsement certification in Special Education. I received my master's degree from National Louis University in Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy. I received my ELL (English Language Learners) endorsement from Benedictine University.
I feel very fortunate to be teaching in a school district that is so dedicated to young children! We have a fabulous preschool program and Hillcrest Elementary is a great school. After 20 years, I still love my job and get up each day looking forward to coming to work!
I live in Crystal Lake with my family. Sophia is 16, a junior in high school and busy playing for the varsity golf team. Brian is 26 and working at an accounting firm in Chicago. We had a busy summer, but my husband and I enjoyed an anniversary trip to Alaska in August.
My classroom assistant is Kim Cryder and we work together to provide the best possible learning environment for you child.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (847)838-8031 or email@example.com
I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your child throughout the school year.
