• Calm Down Breathing Techniques 

    A great way to calm down when you are frustrated is to take 5 slow, deep breaths.

    Below are some visuals and a video to help you practice taking deep breaths. 

    Parents - you can do this too! Sometimes as parents we need to walk away and calm ourselves down. I have 2 sons. I get it!

    Also, it is helpful to take some self-care time for yourself and take some of those deep breaths to help you de-stress.
