  • Book Checkouts

    Students have begun checking out books from the library and exploring book connections to the world around us.  

     

    Renewing Material 

    Students may renew any checked out books as long as there are no holds on the item.  

     

    Lost/Damaged Reading Material

    If you think you have lost a book, please come see me in the LMC as soon as possible.  Books are found and returned all the time, and it is possible the book is in the library and is not lost at all.  Likewise, if you have a damaged book please bring it to me in the LMC.  I might be able to fix the damage.  If not, the student who checked out the book is reponsible for the cost to replace the book.  

     

  • the bad seed connection

    Students in Dr. Walshire's First Grade class and Mrs. Hehn's Second Grade class read the book The Bad Seed in the library.  The students drew a picture to demonstrate ways they are a good seed.  Great job everyone!

  • We don't eat our classmatesThe Kindergarten classes read the book We don't eat our classmates in the library this week.  Students created their own version of the main character, Penelope, to take home with them.  We had so much fun!
